What Loop Trade does, in one minute

The whole product explained without jargon, so you know what you have bought.

Customers send money to your payment gateway. Someone has to check that money arrived, match it to the right person, and approve their deposit. That is usually a person sitting in front of a screen, refreshing a page.

Loop Trade does that job instead.

What it watches

It logs into your payment gateways and reads the incoming payments. Google Pay, bank portals over UPI, IMPS and NEFT. It checks them continuously, roughly every thirty seconds.

What it checks

For every deposit request, it looks for a payment that matches on two things:

  • The reference number, called a UTR
  • The amount

Both have to agree. If only one agrees, it does not approve. That rule is what stops the wrong payment being credited to the wrong person.

What it does next

  • If both match, it approves the deposit on your trading platform. No human involved.
  • If no payment ever arrives, it rejects the request after your timeout window.
  • If something is unclear, it holds the request for your team and shows them the history.

Most deposits clear on their own. The ones left are the ones that genuinely need a person.
