How to pay your invoice in USDT

Your invoice is paid in USDT. Here is the whole thing, in order.

1. Open the invoice

In the portal, go to Subscription and open the invoice that is waiting. You will see the amount, the network, and the wallet address.

2. Check the network

The invoice says which network to use. For most accounts this is TRON (TRC20).

This is the part that cannot be fixed. If you send on a different network, the money does not arrive at an address we control and it cannot be recovered. Please check the network in your wallet before you send.

3. Send the exact amount

Send exactly the amount on the invoice. An underpayment will not settle it, because the amount is one of the two things used to confirm the payment.

You can scan the QR code on the invoice, or copy the wallet address. Both point at the same place.

4. Keep the transaction hash

After sending, your wallet shows a transaction hash. It looks like a long string of letters and numbers. Copy it.

5. Submit it in the portal

Go back to the invoice and enter the transaction hash and the amount you sent. You can attach a screenshot if you like, but it is not required.

6. Wait for confirmation

We check the hash on-chain before confirming. This is usually the same working day. Your subscription activates the moment it is confirmed, and you will get an email either way.

If something goes wrong

Raise a billing ticket and include the transaction hash. We can look at the same on-chain record you can.
